• Store hanging to prevent pressure marks and preserve the drape

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery
• Once a return is approved, the package must reach the carrier within 5 calendar days of approval
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds to the original payment method
• Eligible returns may instead choose DOTTO store credit for the full merchandise value, without a return-shipping deduction, unless otherwise stated
