At DOTTO, every order is handled with the same precision and care that defines our designs.

All shipments are dispatched from our California atelier using FedEx to ensure speed, security, and reliability worldwide.

 


 

 

1. Order Processing

 


All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.


Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


During collection launches or peak periods, processing times may extend slightly due to increased demand.

 


 

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

 


We ship exclusively with FedEx and select premium carriers depending on destination.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • United States: 1–5 business days

  • Australia: 5–7 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–12 business days

 


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier-related delays beyond our control.

 


 

 

3. Shipping Rates

 

 

  • Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders over $400 USD

  • Shipping costs for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout based on destination

 


Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 


 

 

4. Order Tracking

 


Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number, allowing real-time tracking from shipment to delivery.

 


 

 

5. Shipping Address Responsibility

 


Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.


DOTTO is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. While changes cannot be guaranteed, we will do our best to assist before dispatch.

 


 

 

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

 


If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@dotto.nycwithin 7 days of the expected delivery date.


We will assist in opening a claim with FedEx and determining an appropriate resolution.


DOTTO is not responsible for packages reported as stolen after confirmed delivery.
