Refund policy

At DOTTO, each piece is crafted with care, precision, and respect for artisanal workmanship. Our garments are designed to be treasured. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and refined return process.

 

 

 

Returns

 

 

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

  • Items must be:

     

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in original, pristine condition

    • Free of fragrance, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear

    • Returned with all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories

    • Accompanied by valid proof of purchase

     

 


DOTTO reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.


To request a return, please email info@dotto.nyc with your order number and reason for return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

 

 

Refund Options

 


Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status.


 

Store Credit (Preferred Option)

 

 

  • Returns issued as store credit receive 120% of the item’s value.

  • Store credit is issued promptly after approval and does not expire.

 


 

Original Payment Method

 

 

  • Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • A $20 return processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

 


Please note:

 

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • DOTTO is not responsible for return packages lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

 

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to secure a different item, size, or color, please complete a return and place a new order.

 

 

 

Non-Returnable Items

 


To preserve the integrity of our atelier work, the following items are non-returnable:

 

  • Handmade and artisanal pieces, including hand-finished or hand-sequined designs (identified in product descriptions)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

 


DOTTO reserves the right to determine return eligibility based on item condition and craftsmanship.
